TFD Opinions: How I Would've Seeded the NCAA Tournament 2013

The NCAA Tournament Committee did a decent job picking the field of 68 this year (at least arguably) but really laid an egg with some of the seedings, especially putting Oregon and Cal as 12 seeds. How I would've seeded the teams...

 Louisville, Indiana, Kansas, Miami
 Gonzaga, Duke, Ohio State, Georgetown
Florida, Michigan State, New Mexico, St. Louis
 Syracuse, Wisconsin, Michigan, Marquette
Kansas State, VCU, Oklahoma State, Arizona
 UNLV, Memphis, UNC, UCLA
 Creighton, Notre Dame, Butler, Pitt
Oregon, NC State, Colorado State, Wichita State
Illinois, Missouri, San Diego State, Iowa State
 Colorado, Cal, Villanova, Cincinnati
 Temple, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Ole Miss
Bucknell, Belmont, MTSU/St Marys, Boise State/La Salle
South Dakota State, Akron, Davidson, Montana
Valparaiso, New Mexico State, Harvard, Iona
Florida Gulf Coast, Albany, Northwestern State, Pacific
Southern, Western Kentucky, JMU/LIU, NC A&T/Liberty

Resulting in the following bracket: (shifted some teams to try to accommodate the seeding rules of keeping teams in the same conference out of the same pod of 8, believe I removed all the conflicts)
